Certified Master Facilitator for Lean Design and Construction, facilitating, training and coaching dozens of companies and agencies in the principles, tools and techniques of Last Planner® System (pull planning), Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events, Alignment Partnering, Project ReAlignment, Lean Partnering and cross-organizational team effectiveness.
Kyle Martinez is an experienced Facilitator and Lean Coach for The ReAlignment Group of California. Kyle has deep experience in coaching and managing over 50 project teams in the Last Planner® System in design, construction, fabrication and hospital fit-up projects. He is also experienced in facilitating and coaching Root Cause Analysis, leading Villego simulations, providing “5 Why” training and scrivening dozens of Lean Partnering and IPD Alignment sessions.
Andy Fulton, PE, PMP is a new addition to The ReAlignment Group of California team after spending 10 years as a Naval Civil Engineering Corps officer. He is a professional Civil Engineer and Certified Project Management Professional with 10 years extensive experience in public works operations and construction management with a proven record of creating and providing technical leadership to highly successful multidisciplinary teams. Andy has an exceptional ability to make sound value-based decisions by leveraging data analysis, as well as justifying and allocating resources in a tightly constrained environment. A sought after motivational leader who inspires his team and delivers on process improvement. Andy earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree from San Diego State University in Construction with a Lean focus

California-registered Professional Civil Engineer with 29 years of leadership experience in private sector and public agency construction program management and facilities management. He has delivered more than $2 Billion in construction of higher education, K-12, healthcare and other industrial facilities. In his career, he has also been responsible for facilities management of more than 17 million square feet of educational facilities. He is recognized as a leader in California and nationally for his program management, Lean enterprise, facilities management, and sustainability practices.
