A certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and registered Civil Engineer, Andy has 17 years of experience in construction management and public works operations, including a decade in the in the US Navy as a Naval Civil Engineering Corps officer. He has a passion for helping teams excel and exceed their own expectations. Andy has trained dozens of companies and project teams in Lean principles and practices. He is Chief Operating Officer of Construction Accelerator LLC, and lead facilitator/coach for The ReAlignment Group of California. Andy strives to always make one improvement every day.

With his deep knowledge of lean design and construction, Kyle is an experienced Facilitator and Team Coach for The ReAlignment Group of California. Kyle is a Certified Scrum Master with deep experience in coaching and managing over 100 project teams in the Last Planner System® in design, construction, fabrication and hospital fit-up projects. He is also experienced in facilitating and coaching Root Cause Analysis, leading Villego® simulations, providing “5 Why” and Root Cause Analysis training. His degree is from the University of San Diego and he is a Director for Construction Accelerator, LLC and Vice President of Video Production.
