They treat Design-Build as a "forced marriage" and confusing mixture of established roles. While Design-Build's main advantage is the contract type, the often overlooked "culture of collaboration" that is created brings clarity to the Team.
Design-Build/IPD Training will help develop this "culture of collaboration" and give them the useful Lean tools to work the project together

A West Coast design-build company was chosen for an IPD project by a Texas hospital owner, and they were challenged to blend with the owner’s favorite local architecture firm. However, the “arranged marriage” started a bit rocky.
